We are expanding our team and looking for someone who deeply understands e-commerce and thinks strategically.
As an E-commerce Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability across our e-commerce brands. This role focuses on optimizing the entire sales ecosystem, from pricing and bundles to upsell and cross-sell strategies.
About the Role
This position is intended for a candidate who is obsessed with offers, numbers, and profit, and who wants to see how their work directly impacts revenue growth and brand scaling. The role directly influences business results, with a strong focus on optimizing offers, pricing, and the value of each order.
- Analyze and optimize offers to increase profit per order
- Define and test pricing strategies
- Create and optimize bundle offers
- Develop and improve upsell & cross-sell systems
- Continuously monitor and increase AOV
- Make data-driven decisions based on tests and KPIs
- Direct impact on company revenue and profit
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an e-commerce environment
- Experience with pricing strategies, bundle offers, and upsell/cross-sell systems
- Strong understanding of AOV, conversion rate, margins, and profit
- Active use of the Shopify platform and at least one upsell/bundle tool
- Advanced level of English
