We’re looking for a Social Media & Influencer Growth Manager who knows how to build a brand’s presence on social media and develop a meaningful connection with the audience through content and influencer campaigns. This position is not for beginners – we need someone who understands what growth, engagement, and results really mean.
About the Role
You’ll be working directly with online brands, and your work will have a visible impact on campaign performance. We’re looking for someone who knows when it’s time to be creative and when it’s time to dive into the numbers.
- Plan and implement social media strategies (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) focused on community growth and engagement.
- Manage the content calendar and collaborate with designers and video editors on content creation.
- Research and reach out to influencers relevant to target markets (USA, Canada, Australia).
- Negotiate with micro-influencers for content exchange in the form of videos and photos (UGC).
- Track and analyze performance metrics for channels and campaigns (reach, engagement, view rate, follower growth).
- Basic content creation using tools like Canva, CapCut, and similar when needed.
- Collaborate with the internal team (copywriter, designer, media buyer) through Slack, Monday, and Google Docs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media and influencer campaigns (especially for e-commerce brands).
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook – both in terms of content and performance.
- Experience negotiating and working with influencers, particularly in Western markets.
- High-level English proficiency (both written and spoken).
- Creativity, initiative, and analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar is a plus.
- A degree in marketing, communications, or digital media is preferred.
